- What is this course about?
This 42 hours instructor-led course (6 days equivalent) provides
students with the knowledge and skills that are needed to
effectively manage and maintaining accounts and resources. This
includes managing user, computer, and group accounts; managing
access to network resources; managing printers; managing an
organizational unit in a network based on Active Directory
directory service; implementing Group Policy to manage users and
computers; monitoring server resources and server performance;
and safeguard data on computers running Microsoft Windows Server
2003.

Free,
licensed copy of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition, Windows XP Professional and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 Professional
- How many hours of training for this course altogether?
Total = 42 hours.
- What is the prerequisite for the course?
- Basic familiarity with fundamental networking concepts

The text book (Microsoft Official Academic Course) is approximately RM100. However, there are free materials provided online in the Microsoft Student Online Campus.

No, you can sit for the exam anytime you wish. You decide when. Please note that the course fee does not include the exam fee.
- If I don't sit for exam, what cert do I get?
You will get a Certificate of Achievement (CoA).
- Does the course give out any homework or assignment?
No! You will not be asked to do any homework or assignment. All lab exercises are completed within the training hours .
